With a focus on leadership development, the program will last for one year and will be held in Araxá, in Minas Gerais, where the industrial plant and headquarters of the global supplier in the production of niobium, CBMM, are located.

Requirements: Interested applicants must have completed between December 2015 and December 2020, intermediate English for industrial positions and advanced English for technology positions.

Remuneration is compatible with the market and, if there are no restrictions related to the pandemic, the selected professionals will have the opportunity to spend a week at one of CBMM's subsidiaries around the world. The company has offices in China, the Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland and the United States.

Due to the pandemic context, most of the selection process will be virtual. Only the final interview, with the managers, will take place in person, in Araxá.

CBMM will bear the cost of travel for candidates to the city. For those selected, the company will also pay the expenses of moving to Araxá and will offer 30 days of hotel accommodation at the beginning of the program.
