Investing in its own Corporate University, the Santa Catarina startup Consolide is looking for professionals who want to work remotely (home office) or face-to-face
The largest trademark registration company in Brazil, Consolide announced that it will hire another 150 employees in 2022, without requiring a university degree – just a high school diploma – for most opportunities. In the last year, 96 people were hired and the objective is to continue growing. For this, the company understood that it needs more than diplomas, but motivated, proactive professionals with great purposes and who want to pursue a successful career. With this announcement, the expectation is to attract professionals from all over the country, since many of the vacancies have the option of remote work.
Helena Cesa, responsible for the People Management area at Consolide, explains that in 2022 the largest volume of hires will be for the commercial team, but there will also be opportunities open for other areas, such as Legal, Support, People Management, UX/Product and Marketing. “Today, we have Consoliders, as we are affectionately called around here, working remotely in several cities across the country. The commercial area was the only one with almost 100% of the team face-to-face, but in 2021 we restructured and sought development, in addition to mentors to prepare us for remote management. Now, the objective is to expand the commercial team in home office vacancies”, says Helena.

To help sustain this growth, the company is relying on important partners, such as Cora Bank, one of the largest digital banks aimed at legal entities in Brazil, which will provide R$ 30 million in a line of credit for Consolide customers who wish to register their brands. The company also signed a partnership with the e-commerce platform Loja Integrada, to make it easier for customers to create virtual stores.
This year, most hires will not require a university degree, only a high school diploma. This movement has accompanied the company's investments in its own Corporate University, which now has learning trails for team development and a team of Enablement prepared to qualify, develop and train the best professionals in the market. “In 2021, 100% of our employees started the journey through our Corporate University. During the period, many technical and behavioral contents were shared with our teams and brought even more dynamism and assertiveness to Consolide's results”, emphasizes Tânia Acosta, Enablement Manager.
The CEO of Consolide, Alan Marcos, reinforces that the hiring planned for 2022 represents the accelerated development of the startup, which has a growth rate of 103% per year. “We are one of the fastest growing companies in Brazil and, therefore, we need motivated employees focused on professional development”, concludes the executive.
