GranEnergia and Modec sign a contract to serve Petrobras projects located in the Campos and Santos basins

Starting in January, the Flotel UMS Venus, from GranIHC, will support three FPSOs and one FSO from the Japanese company Modec, currently installed in projects of the Brazilian state-owned Petrobras, located in the Campos and Santos basins.

After a few months of negotiation, GranIHC and Modec finally closed the deal, which was signed on September 28 of this year.

The campaign will be aimed at the FPSOs Cidade de Niterói, in Marlim Leste, in the Campos Basin, Cidade de Santos, in Uruguá-Tambaú, and Cidade de São Paulo, in Sapinhoá, in Santos, and the FSO Cidade de Macaé, which serves the fields of Marlim Leste, Marlim Sul and Roncador. Modec seeks Production Supervisor for offshore opportunity in Singapore on FPSO Guanabara – MV31

Activity

Responsible for supervising production teams, coordinating platform work permits and ensuring safety, personnel competence and operational production activities.

Supervise the execution of activities developed by the production department, including operational routines, monitoring, control and operational optimization of the process plant, sampling and chemical analysis, start/stop and isolation of equipment, commissioning/decommissioning and alignments/operational maneuvers in order to comply with the department's activity planning.

Requirements

• Advanced English
• Experience working in FPSO
• Availability for project phase in Singapore, until mid-2021
• Availability for shipment abroad.
