Similarly, in January, the Governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Wilson Witzel, delivered the Preliminary Environmental License to the Macaé Port Terminal. According to the Tepor consultant, José Eduardo Carramenha, the first phase of construction will generate 2 jobs.

The first vacancies will be for the civil and industrial construction areas, including helpers, masons, works supervisors, carpenters, scaffolding assemblers, building technicians, work safety technicians, welding inspectors, welders, electricians, automation and others.

Likewise, the Tepor project is made up of seven blocks, including gas, oil, maritime oil, transportation and three areas for waste. Another important forecast is that the market will be further increased by the installation of 14 thermoelectric plants, eight with environmental licenses already released and one under construction on RJ-168.

Therefore, after the works, a large part of the workforce will be absorbed by the companies, which will also offer international training.
