Operating in all regions of Brazil, Bioxxi is offering 350 jobs. The opportunities are to operate in the new factory in Recife, which received investments of R$ 12 million.

The new factory of Bioxxi Esterilização, leader in the sterilization sector in products aimed at health in Latin America, was inaugurated this Thursday (14th), in the neighborhood of Bongi, in the West Zone of Recife. The factory received investments worth R$ 12 million, the unit is expected to generate 350 jobs, until the end of the installation of its ten production lines.

Bioxxi inaugurates its new factory in Recife and promises hundreds of jobs

Currently, the company generates jobs for more than 800 employees, operating in Brazil and Europe, reducing the unnecessary disposal of hospital waste and sterilization processes, with outsourcing of Materials and Sterilization Centers in hospitals, for example, where the company is a leader in the sector. The company was the first to create the ethylene oxide sterilization technology in the country.

This Thursday morning (14th), a press conference was held at the factory in Recife. The company's objective in the Northeast Region is to make the local market represent 40% of its revenues in the country.

For this to be possible, from the investment of R$ 12 million, the entrepreneurs resorted to R$ 9 million via the FNE Saúde e Inovação line, being the first factory awarded by the line regionally.

Executive Director of Bioxxi Nordeste speaks about the inauguration of the new factory

According to Miguel Gastão, Executive Director of Bioxxi Nordeste, Bioxxi already serves more than 300 customers nationwide, being present in the five regions of Brazil. The company operates the hospital's own unit, the major footprint of this project is to be able to serve hospitals in the region, so that, in the medium and long term, these units can deactivate these cost centers to focus on related areas.

In addition to outsourcing CME operations, the Bioxxi factory in Recife focuses on the sterilization of hospital products. All 10 production lines are dedicated to this purpose.

The factory is capable of processing around 300 health articles, which are then reused. All lines are implemented and operations begin on November 1st. The forecast is to have all the lines in operation by the end of next year, with the factory operating in three shifts, throughout the day.

The new industry will operate in the Bongi neighborhood, in the West Zone of Recife, in a constructed area of ​​1.700 square meters. In the first phase of the unit in Recife, job vacancies will be generated for nursing technicians, machine operators, nurses and general services.
