Ceará solar energy company offers cost-effective solution capable of reducing costs by using renewable energy in small, medium and large companies

New type of renewable energy system in Ceará promises to contribute to the reduction of electricity costs for large and small companies. Energia 4.0 is the first in the region in the Self-Production of Energy sector that uses the hybrid model involving energy efficiency, self-production of solar energy, free market and cost management. The project is the result of the merger of companies Soma Energia and H3 Solar, focusing mainly on companies that have energy bills that exceed R$ 60 per month.

1.500 companies in Ceará will be able to join the hybrid renewable energy system

In the Northeast region, according to executives at the solar energy company, around 10 companies are within the requirements to adhere to the model, and 1.500 of them are located in Ceará.

The new model of renewable energy promises to reduce costs in large companies that aim to invest in solar energy, but end up giving up due to very long returns and very high investments, for example.

According to Paulo Siqueira, head of Free Contracting Environment and Energy Efficiency Management at the Ceará solar energy company, the sum of mechanisms such as participation in the free market and energy efficiency management, to the self-generation of renewable energy, through a hybrid and fully customized system, allows the customer to spend less with the installation of the solar energy system and have a much more advantageous return.

Companies will save more than 40% by adopting the hybrid renewable energy system

Daniel Queiroz, head of New Business at the solar energy company, explains in a concrete way the purpose of the hybrid model of the renewable energy system, citing the project for a large supermarket chain that would use only distributed generation and had to invest around Rs. $10 million with a payback of more than eight years.

According to Queiroz, with the APE, this network went from an investment that would be a millionaire to an investment ten times smaller, making possible savings of 41% per month just with the use of self-production of solar energy referring to 10% of its need and acquisition of energy in the free market for 24 months.

The focus is on customers who have a contracted demand of 500 Kw, mainly those who do not have a rural tariff and are in the captive market. According to the company's Head of Solar Energy, Hanter Pessoa, among the benefits are the quick return on investment, low amount to be invested, risk diversification, economy maximization, management and automation of indicators, in addition to the sustainable aspect with the clean energy generation. In addition, customers will have several actions that, in a strategic way, will contribute to changing electricity costs into a profitability accelerator.
