New public tender in the Legislative Assembly of Piauí will offer 200 vacancies, including positions of analysts and legislative technicians
The Legislative Assembly of Piauí (Alepi) recently announced that it is planning a new public tender for the second half of 2023. a total of 200 vacancies, including positions of legislative analysts, who require a university degree, and legislative technicians, who require a medium level. Vacancies will be distributed between effective positions and reserve registration.
Unlike previous contests, this one will have a broader approach, covering not only vacancies for positions traditionally associated with legislative houses, such as Law and Accounting, but also specific positions to meet the needs of the Legislative Assembly of Piauí.
Among the top-level positions, there will be vacancies for civil engineers, electrical engineers, architects, political scientists, statisticians, journalists and Libras interpreters. As for mid-level candidates, vacancies in Piauí include technicians in buildings, electricians, photojournalists and technicians in occupational safety, among others.

Contest stages and future projections
Currently, Alepi is in the selection phase of the company that will be responsible for carrying out the contest. Once the company is hired, the public notice will be published, scheduled for September. According to Franzé Silva, president of the Legislative Assembly of Piauí, this is just the first stage of the competition planned for the second half of 2023. He also mentioned that there are plans for a future competition aimed at the Legislative Police, with studies in progress for its realization in 2024.
Approval of the Job and Salary Plan
Last week, the Legislative Assembly of Piauí approved Bill No. 171/2023, which establishes the Positions, Careers and Salaries Plan for positions filled through the institution's public tender. Although the project still awaits the sanction of the governor of the state, Rafael Fonteles, the notice of the contest will be elaborated based on the adjustments granted to the wages of the civil servants.
