It was within this concept that Seger Construtora e Incorporadora designed the Doha Tower, bringing to the region some of the magnitude and sophistication of the capital of Qatar. The project was built in a prime area of ​​Meia Praia, in Itapema, and brings a new concept of good living to the city. Delivery of the apartments is scheduled for December 9th.

The building's unique features make it stand out in the competitive real estate market on the coast of Santa Catarina, combining high construction standards with exclusive experiences that only the Doha Tower can provide. There are 40 apartments spread over 28 floors and more than 15 thousand square meters of built area, with 1,2 thousand m² of leisure area with 19 rooms, on the sixth floor and on the rooftop.

The leisure complex includes multi-sports courts and areas for indoor sports activities such as bowling and game space, a bathroom with a heated pool, plus adult and children's pools, a spa, kids areas and a social area with a Pool Bar. On the 28th floor are the Sky Lounge Bar, Club, Hookah Space, Fireplace Lounge and observatory with three state-of-the-art telescopes. 

Living well

The Doha Tower has 40 apartments with a private area of ​​182 m², four suites, gourmet balconies integrated into the social area and three or four parking spaces, with the possibility of a socket for vehicle refueling electric or hybrid. It also has two penthouse apartments, with approximately 360 m² of private area. The minimum ticket for apartments is R$3,5 million.

“It can be safely said that today Doha is the first single-tower development with high investment in leisure areas, including rooftop. In the region we only find so many options in condominiums with more towers or home clubs”, explains commercial director Marciano Seger. “It is the first single tower with so much leisure area for so few housing units. Doha is seen as a watershed in the company's portfolio”, adds engineering director Estela Cipriani Seger.

Seger Construtora e Incorporadora emerged in the Itapema real estate market 12 years ago, combining the tradition of the construction company Cipriani through the expertise of Estela, engineering director of the construction company, with the entrepreneurship of her husband Marciano Seger, commercial director and partners Silvio Junior Nyland and Ariane Seger Nyland, group purchasing and financial directors, respectively.  

In these 12 years on the market, Seger has already shown what it came from and covered an important market gap in the region, launching properties for a diverse audience., with apartments starting from two suites and facing the sea. “In a competitive market like today, doing things well is no longer enough. Seger goes further and seeks to generate value by providing the best customer experiences”, explains Marciano.

Another difference, according to Estela, is that regardless of the location or value of the apartment, Seger follows the same construction standard and its projects are unique.

In 12 years, the company has already built six projects that together total 49.960 thousand m² and has seven more buildings in progress, with another 86.739 thousand m² under construction until 2029. The construction company has even more launches designed and approved for Itapema and Porto Belo and not rules out the possibility of expanding in other municipalities as well.
