CF Negócios Imobiliários launches the Colinas de Urubici Resort today, the 25th. The project foresees investments of R$31,8 million in a 5,8 thousand square meter building on a 20 thousand m² plot located in Urubici, in the heart of Serra Catarinense. The General Sales Value (PSV) is estimated at R$93 million and delivery is scheduled for 2026.
“There will be 17 studio apartments, 22 duplex apartments and six cabins, with high construction standards and sophisticated but functional designs”, guarantees the managing partner of CF, Joel Adami. All common and leisure areas were meticulously planned to guarantee extreme comfort.
