Category wants compliance with ACT clauses and determines stoppage for a specified time to pressure Petrobras to comply with measures

The announcement of the strike was formalized yesterday (21) by the Single Federation of Petroleum Workers (FUP) together with Petrobras and Transpetro. The strike indicator was approved by 61% of the votes and is established for a determined period of time, starting next Monday, the 25th, until Friday, the 29th. The assemblies also approved, by 89%, in addition to the strike indicator, the FUP's claim agenda for compliance with clauses 41 and 86 of the ACT, on staff and employability, and clause 73, on the abolition of the use of targets SMS as a criterion for evaluating employees. The Public Ministry of Labor filed the request.

The union announced that it will disclose the guidelines for the category on strike procedures today (22), at 19:30 pm, on Face to Face. In addition, there will be a live stream on Facebook next Sunday night. Of the actions to be discussed, in addition to internal activities at the company to pressure Petrobras to comply with the ATC, public activities will be carried out to make the population aware of the attacks on the state-owned company and the country.

O Sindipetro NF (Union of Petroleum Workers of the North Fluminense) summons the entire category to be present in the strike movement, and highlights the decisive importance for the survival of Petrobras, jobs and workers' rights. The union has been defending the interests of the category for about 30 years and defends and fights for the interests of all workers in companies in the oil sector.

Petrobras informed this Thursday, November 21, that it carried out the lease of the Fafens (Nitrogen fertilizer factories) in Sergipe and Bahia for the Unigel Group, which will have control of the units for a period of ten years, renewable for another ten years.
