The delivery of proposals should start this Monday (31). In the public notice, Total requires that three to five moorings be priced weekly, in addition to demanding that the offered logistics unit have a free and covered area for the storage of equipment and work bases for the multinational's professionals and outsourced workers.
It is estimated that the duration of the contract will be from seven months to one year and Total plans to sign the agreement by the end of this year, 2020. The multinational does not determine the location of the base, however, according to specialists, the proposals applied to Porto do Açu may have greater chances, since the campaign will be in the north of the Campos Basin.
Companies such as Brasil Port, Brasco, Dome, Technip, InterMoor and Porto do Açu are considered potential companies to compete in the tender for a logistics base for Total.
