Volkswagen has hundreds of vacancies in its internship program. The selection process focuses on candidates without experience from various regions and different areas of activity.
The multinational Volkswagen announced this Thursday (22) the opening of enrollment for its new selection process that aims to attract inexperienced talent for your internship program. In total there are 100 vacancies distributed in the cities of São Bernardo do Campo (SP), Taubaté (SP), São Carlos (SP), Vinhedo (SP) and São José dos Pinhais (PR). Opportunities are aimed at university students from various humanities and exact sciences courses who have training scheduled between December 2023 and July 2025.
Requirements required by Volkswagen to participate in the selection process
The ideal profile for vacancies are candidates without experience, creative and with energy to overcome challenges, in order to help the automaker to remain agile, innovative, digital, human, innovative and diverse.
In terms of diversity, the German company has affirmative vacancies in this selection for black people, female gender, LGBTQIA +, People with Disabilities (PCD) and senior generations, being one of the premises of the program.

Volkswagen claims that the internship program aims to complement academic teaching, that is, those approved in the selection process will apply the knowledge acquired in the course in work situations.
Those interested in applying for the 100 vacancies of the Volkswagen selection process must be enrolled in one of the following courses:
- Systems Analysis, Secretarial and Office Automation;
- Administration and Administration with a focus on COMEX;
- Technology in Foreign Trade, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Science and Humanities and Science and Technology;
- Law, Economics, Economy, Accounting, Foreign Trade;
- Social Communication, Publicity and Advertising, Advertising and Marketing, Marketing, Environmental Engineering;
- Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

For students without experience who are interested in internship vacancies at the German company, they can register until January 31st of the next year through the Volkswagen page on Across Jobs platform.
The selection process will include online tests, group dynamics and a final interview with the manager. The person responsible for the selection process did not go into detail about the execution schedule. However, she provided the email support@across.jobs to clarify doubts.
