Applications are open for Ericsson Brazil’s Talents 2020 Program. With 60 job openings available for internships and 10 for trainees, the program aims to attract the best young talents in the country, with the potential to become business leaders and contribute to the company’s expansion plans in the market.
Job Openings for Internship
With a duration of up to 2 years, the program provides candidates with the opportunity to experience Ericsson’s mission from an early stage. Through practical experiences and specially prepared content, the program aims to enrich the academic training and resumes of the selected interns.

Requirements: To be eligible to apply, the student must be regularly enrolled in higher education, in 2020 either in their penultimate or final year. Different fields are accepted, with an emphasis on Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Materials Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Advertising & Marketing, Public Relations, Marketing or Communication. Advanced English is also required (Spanish will be a plus) and good knowledge of the Office suite.
Job Openings for Trainee
With a duration of 12 months, it offers candidates the opportunity to gain a global view of the company. Throughout the year, selected candidates will go through different areas of the company to understand how the business operates, in addition to participating in coaching and mentoring sessions with the company’s executives. There is a possibility of experience in the other four Ericsson offices in the Southern Cone of Latin America for the 5 candidates who stand out the most in the program.

Requirements: To be eligible to apply, the student must have graduated between Dec/2018 and Dec/2019. All bachelor’s degree programs are of interest, with particular emphasis on: Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, Systems Analysis & Development, and Mathematics. Availability for national and international travel, as well as fluent English, are fundamental requirements. Spanish will be considered a differentiating factor in the final candidate decision.
