With the opening of a Havan megastore, two new cash and carry and new franchises in shopping malls, 800 job openings will be opened in Espírito Santo (ES) by June of next year during operations.

Investments in new franchises, Havan's megastore and wholesales unlock job openings in ES

In Cariacica, more specifically on BR 262, on an old site owned by Viação Itapemirim, a commercial complex will be installed that promises to generate several job openings in the coming months. The complex will have a bank, pharmacies, pet shop, clothing stores, and many other sectors that promise to generate around 100 vacancies for ES.

Also on BR 262, a Havan unit will be installed, which will offer around 200 jobs and also the wholesale brand Semper Tem, from the Carone Group, which will open over 200 opportunities. The new franchises, cash and carry and the megastore will function as a huge open-air shopping mall on approximately 80 m2 of land, which will be rented and divided among the entrepreneurs.

Executives talk about the new franchises in ES

According to the realtor, Anderson Figueira, the place will be a huge street mall, and will feature several developments. Some of the negotiations are already being finalized for the works to take place. He claims that the contract with the owner of Havan, Luciano Hang, was signed on Tuesday (15th), and his store should occupy 15 m2.

According to William Carone, director of the Carone business group, during the construction of the wholesale, in Cariacica, 150 jobs will be generated at the peak of the works and another 200 when it starts operating.

He says that there is still the possibility of opening another Semper Tem store in Vitória (ES), more specifically in Jardim Camburi, which will need the same number of workers. There is still no forecast of when hiring will start, but usually the supermarket announces its job vacancies on your site.

Opportunities in Praia da Costa

As of July of this year, the new and current stores should open around 100 jobs at Shopping Praia da Costa, in Vila Velha, for positions such as salesman, cashier and stockist.

Interested parties should leave a resume at the administration of the shopping center or at the stores themselves. According to Andreia Vidal, commercial manager at Shopping Praia da Costa, the job vacancies are the result of the new stores that are arriving at the mall and also of the gradual resumption of the operation of commerce, which suffered with the worsening of the pandemic.
