The Job Vacancies and Training Will Be Intended for the Position of Refractory Worker; Selection Should Occur Between November and December of This Year.
Stay tuned for the job vacancies open to work on the ArcellorMittal Tubarão construction. Only in the construction of the 4th battery of the steel mill will about 800 refractory workers need to be hired. The recruitment will be done by Sine da Serra – ES. To meet the construction needs, these professionals will undergo training.
The candidates who stand out in the course will be hired by RIP, of the Thyssenkrupp/RIP consortium, which won the bid for the execution of the works. The classes will take place at the end of the year.

The Secretary of Labor, Employment, and Income, Roberto Carlos, reports that the course will be held due to the lack of qualified labor in the State.
“Sine will handle the recruitment and the training will be offered by the company. The expectation is that this offer will occur between November and December, as various environmental licenses still need to be released. Without them, it is not possible to start the works. Priority will be given to residents of Serra. Those who excel in the course will be hired,” explains Roberto Carlos.
ArcellorMittal Tubarão is investing about R$ 1.14 billion in environmental areas, which encompasses actions outlined in the Environmental Commitment Term (TCA) established with the government of Espírito Santo and the Public Ministry at the Federal and State levels in September 2018 (R$ 617 million) and the new Conventional Coke Battery (R$ 523 million).
At the peak of the works, around 2,380 job vacancies should be generated over the next five years. The main positions to be hired are: engineers, technicians (mechanical, electrical, automation), welders, assemblers, construction foremen, among others.
For the construction of the new Battery, the expectation is that 800 job vacancies will be generated, with 300 immediately in civil works, as soon as the license is approved.
Requirements
Interested parties must have completed elementary education, experience as a construction masonry worker, and be a resident of the region. The remuneration for this professional ranges from R$1.2 thousand to R$ 1.8 thousand.

The candidate who fits the profile should visit Sine, located at Pró-Cidadão, Avenida Talma Rodrigues Ribeiro, 5416, Portal de Jacaraípe (old Shopping Norte), from 8 AM to 5 PM.
