Caixa Econômica Federal opens job vacancies without experience for mid-level, technical and higher-level candidates

Caixa Econômica Federal announced the opening of new internship vacancies for candidates without middle, technical and higher level experience. Those approved in the institution's internship program will have scholarships compatible with the market and a series of benefits.

A CEF published the notice no. 01/2023 of the Caixa internship program, offered through a partnership between Caixa and the Center for Business-School Integration (CIEE). The purpose of the selection process is to form a reserve register of secondary, technical and higher education students to work at the bank.

The expected period of validity for the selective process of the Caixa Econômica Federal internship will run until November 5th of this year, starting from the approval of the result, and may be extended.

Those interested in applying for vacancies without experience must only be at least 16 years old, not have done an internship for a period equal to or longer than two years at Caixa, with the exception of People with Disabilities) and be attending the semesters informed in the public notice.

Those who are interested should register via the CIEE website, between the 16th of January and the 24th of February. The candidate who has a validated registration must take the online test within the mentioned deadline.

The Caixa Econômica Federal internship selection process has three phases, namely registration, the structured interview at the CAIXA unit and the online test. This test will have 20 questions and will involve contents of Portuguese Language, Mathematics, Computing, General Knowledge and Specific Knowledge. The test will be worth a maximum of 20 points, so each question in the online test will be worth 1 point. The interview phase may be waived, according to the criteria to be used by Caixa.

Benefits offered by Caixa Econômica Federal

The value of the institution's internship grant will be made available according to the level of education and working hours.

For the average or technical level with 4 hours a day, that is, 20 hours a week, the value is R$ 400. As for the average or technical level with 5 hours a day, the equivalent of 25 hours a week, the value rises to R$ 500.

Higher-level interns who work 4 hours a day, or 20 hours a week, will receive grants of R$800, while those who work 5 hours a day, that is, 25 hours a week, will receive a grant of R$ 1.000.

In addition to the scholarship mentioned above, all those who are approved in the job vacancies will be entitled to transportation allowance in the amount of R$ 130 per month.
