About investing in wind energy

If there is one thing in Piauí to be proud of and take advantage of for the construction of wealth, job generation and income improvement conditions, it is the production of wind and solar energy. This is what the governor of Piauí, Wellington Dias, says, noting that Piauí has 14 wind and solar energy production parks with investments of R$ 18 billion, reaching a production of 2 gigawatts (GW).

He stated that Piauí is 8 degrees from the Equator and that makes the sun strong enough for energy generation, with an amount of lighting and rays that allows for the generation of solar energy and a number of hours suitable for generating solar energy per day, above the average in Brazil and the world.
