YDUQS Active Telemarketing Operator

High school education required, availability to work from Monday to Saturday, ability to work with goals and results orientation, easy access to the Nova América mall, Call center experience will be an asset, desirable knowledge with the office package. Responsible for making contact via telephone, assisting or clarifying doubts of future students in relation to the curriculum, courses, duration, among others.

Active Call Center Operations Supervisor

Complete or ongoing higher education required, experience in the sector, intermediate knowledge in computing, among others. It will be responsible for analyzing productivity, quality and absenteeism indicators, developing and training the team to obtain results related to the sector's services.

Retention Telemarketing Operator

Must be 18 years old or older, complete high school, available to work from Monday to Saturday, easy access to Shopping Nova América, Computer and typing skills, among others.

Responsible for ensuring the best experience, meeting customer demands, identifying the need and effecting customer retention and loyalty according to the indicated situation. Bringing varied solutions, using persuasion and argumentation, as well as different types of systems to record the services provided.
