1. Qualifica SP: In-Person Courses to Enter the Job Market

The Qualifica SP program is focused on short-term in-person courses, designed to connect learning with real employability. The spots are distributed across 33 municipalities and are divided into two modalities:

My First Job: Aimed at young people aged 16 to 24, with courses such as Administrative Assistant, Project Management, and English.
New Job: Targeted at individuals over 16 looking for a new career, with high-demand courses such as Forklift Operator (1,050 spots), Logistics (330 spots), and People Management (150 spots).

2. Oportunidade Já (Univesp): More Than 500,000 Online Spots

In partnership with the Virtual University of the State of São Paulo (Univesp), the Oportunidade Já program offers over 500,000 spots in 45 online courses, workshops, and training sessions.

3. Centro Paula Souza: Focus on Technology and Quick Training

For those looking to deepen their knowledge in technology, the Centro Paula Souza (CPS) offers 22 free courses with certificates in the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) format, with no limit on the number of spots.

The highlight is the new course on Professional Development with Artificial Intelligence, lasting 24 hours. In addition, there are options like Autocad, Design and Photoshop, People Management, and Basic Motorcycle Mechanics.
