The multinational Raízen has hundreds of new vacancies with and without experience for candidates from Mato Grosso do Sul. Internship opportunities are for various sectors and have a free course available in partnership with Senai.

The company in the energy sector, renewable energy generation and distribution of Raízen fuels, announced this week the opening of new jobs. In total, there are 250 new vacancies with and without experience for apprentices in the administrative and technical sector with training by Senai in Rio Brilhante (MS) and some municipalities in São Paulo.

O Raízen's young apprentice program It is aimed at candidates between 18 and 22 years of age, who have completed elementary school, high school, or are studying technical or complete. This will be an opportunity to compose a quality team, in addition to gaining a professional qualification in Senai.

Those interested in job vacancies must have interest and ability to work in operational, maintenance and technical sectors. In addition, Raízen requires a minimum score of 6 for Portuguese and Mathematics for the 8th year of Elementary School and enrolls in Senai within the deadline after approval.

To compete for vacancies with and without experience, availability to work from 20 to 40 hours a week performing mechanical or welding and electrical maintenance of Machinery and Implements Systems is required, following Raízen's HSE, Safety, Environment and Health standards. They will also act by applying the Maintenance Plan in accordance with technical standards and procedures for quality, health and safety, environmental preservation, as well as the company's procedures and goals.

Selection process and applications for vacancies at Raízen

The entire selection process will take place through the Taqe, digital recruitment and selection platform that uses data intelligence, gamification and cultural fit testing. To register, it is necessary to register on the platform using personal data.

Applications can be made until the 3rd of February. After enrolling, you will need to answer a few questions to assess whether your personality and desired future align with Raízen's. The next stage is the video stage, where Raízen wants to get to know the candidate better, taking into account prerequisites such as geolocation, age and education. Interested parties will receive an invitation to submit a video on the platform answering a specific question.
