Raízen is the main manufacturer of sugarcane ethanol in Brazil and the largest individual exporter of sugarcane in the international market, its activities cover all the different stages of its business, such as: cultivation of sugarcane; sugar and ethanol manufacturing; energy cogeneration; logistics; transportation and distribution of fuels; export; and fuel retailing through service stations operating under the Shell brand.”

To ensure the safety of everyone involved, due to the pandemic, the company adapted the selection process to a completely online process, with an individual test, group dynamics and interviews, all in a 100% digital environment. The selection process will continue until March, with hiring scheduled for April 2021.
