Regarding the diplomas of EAD mode students, the legislation guarantees the same acceptance as in-person diplomas, without any distinction. The certificate is valid throughout the national territory, enabling the graduating student to request registration with CRECI (Regional Council of Real Estate Agents).

Students who successfully complete all curricular units and demonstrate the completion of High School will be awarded the diploma of: Real Estate Transactions Technician – Mid-Level – Technological Axis Management and Commerce.
