Main Responsibilities of the Shift Superintendent

The professional selected for Saipem’s job vacancy will provide direct support to the Offshore Construction Manager, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination of work on board.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, coordinating construction activities during the shift, and maintaining constant contact with engineers and subcontractor supervisors.
