Available areas in the Espírito Santo and Santos basins did not receive offers. In all, 63 companies are enrolled in the permanent offer.

About the Permanent Offer – ANP

The offers for exploratory blocks offered in the Permanent Offer are formed by the sum of the signature bonus (weight of 80%) and the Minimum Exploratory Program (weight of 20%).

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the event will be hybrid: the public session for the presentation of bids will be in person, with a reduced number of people, and the session will also be transmitted over the internet.

There will be 14 sectors of exploratory blocks in nine basins on offer (Santos, Espírito Santo, Campos, Paraná, Amazonas, Recôncavo, Sergipe-Alagoas, Potiguar and Tucano), in addition to two sectors of areas with marginal accumulations in the Solimões and Recôncavo basins.
