The Quality Control Assistant course includes activities related to supporting the analysis of process issues, applying quality tools, and promoting productivity improvement, with attention to customer satisfaction in various work environments.
On the other hand, Basic Skills for Professional Practice focuses on transversal skills, such as clear communication, organization, responsibility, and understanding of norms related to formal and informal work, targeting profiles seeking foundational skills to operate in various areas.
100% Online Mode and Certification by IFSULDEMINAS
The three options are offered in an self-instructional format, without tutoring, and access is through the Moodle platform, where students follow the content and complete activities in the virtual environment, following the organization defined for each path.
The requirement for certification includes a minimum achievement of 60% and completion of a satisfaction assessment, while the institution plans to provide the certificate within a defined timeframe, and at the end of the course, issue a completion declaration in the virtual environment.
Although the program is 100% online, the notice makes it clear that participants must have access to the internet and compatible equipment, such as a computer, laptop, or similar device, and it is the student’s responsibility to ensure this structure.
The document also mentions the possibility of using public spaces with free access, such as telecenters, libraries, and schools, emphasizing that it is the candidate’s responsibility to seek schedules, book usage when necessary, and ensure their own access.
Who Can Participate in the Courses at the Federal Institute
The selection process is aimed at candidates aged 16 years and older, including the general public and students of Youth and Adult Education in Elementary and High School, with the note that candidates under 18 must provide the CPF of a legal guardian at the time of registration.
Registration requires submission of digitized documentation, including official identification with a photo and CPF, as well as educational certificates that vary according to the candidate’s profile, such as transcripts, certificates, or declarations, and, in the case of enrolled EJA students, an updated enrollment declaration.
There are also specific guidelines for foreign candidates, accepting migratory records and equivalent documents, as described in the notice, which provides for the analysis of submitted documentation and communication to the candidate regarding approval and classification via the provided email.
Selection by Order of Registration and Official Schedule
Unlike selections with an examination, classification is done by order of registration, respecting the limit of slots and compliance with requirements, making the correct submission of documents and complete filling of the form decisive points for ensuring participation.
The published schedule indicates registrations from February 5 to March 6, at 5 PM, expected results of the selection process by March 13, and course start from March 16, with information and notifications sent to the registered email.
The notice also states that the courses are expected to take place from March to June 2026, with possible adjustments due to institutional needs, provided that there is communication to the student body, maintaining the rule that irregularities or false data may prevent certification.
How to Register for Free Courses at IFSULDEMINAS
To apply, candidates must register exclusively online, within the deadlines stated in the notice, fill out the form with an active email address, and attach the required documents in PDF or JPG, remembering that it is possible to register for more than one course and that selection follows the validated submission order.
