The Free Courses Offered by CBA in Partnership with SENAI in São Paulo Are for Assistant in Metalworking Processes, Assistant Mechanical Maintenance, and Quality Inspector

CBA, with the aim of generating positive contributions to society and the environment, is offering free courses in partnership with SENAI, for the entry and participation of women in the industry. In total, this edition has 152 openings in the state of São Paulo for the training of Assistant in Metalworking Processes, Assistant Mechanical Maintenance, and Quality Inspector.

The free courses will have approximately 200 hours of duration and will be held in-person at the SENAI Alumínio School and at SENAI in Mairinque, in the state of São Paulo, with classes possible from Monday to Friday in morning shifts (8 AM to 12 PM), or Monday to Thursday in afternoon (1 PM to 5 PM) and evening (6 PM to 10 PM or 6:45 PM to 9:45 PM) shifts. Classes will begin in September.

To enroll in the free courses offered by CBA, it is necessary to be at least 18 years old, have completed high school, reside in the Alumínio, Mairinque, São Roque, Sorocaba, and Votorantim regions in São Paulo, and not have an employment relationship.

Assistant in Metalworking Processes – 200 Hours: The Free Professional Qualification Course for Assistant in Metalworking Processes aims to develop skills related to assisting in the execution and control of aluminum and steel production operations, identifying machines and equipment used in the processes, executing measurement of process parameters, and following technical standards for quality, health and safety at work, and the environment.

Assistant Mechanical Maintenance – 160 Hours: The Free Professional Qualification Course – Assistant Mechanical Maintenance aims to develop skills related to assisting in the maintenance of equipment in industrial applications and service provision, following procedures and technical standards for quality, environment, health, and safety at work.

Quality Inspector – 200 Hours: The Free Professional Qualification Course – Quality Inspector aims to develop skills related to conducting and carrying out inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies through dimensional and geometric measurements, at the beginning, during, and at the end of each stage of the manufacturing process, using measuring instruments and quality tools while following health and safety, technical, and environmental standards.
