The Honda CB 300 F Twister Arrives for Model Year 2025 with New Colors, Maintaining the Flex Engine of Nearly 25 Horsepower and the Technological Package That Made It a Sales Success in Brazil.

The Honda CB 300 F Twister is one of the most recognized and successful motorcycles in the Brazilian market. For the 2025 model, Honda has maintained its successful formula, focusing on color updates to keep the bike attractive without altering the mechanics and technology that have already won over the public.

In a comprehensive analysis, the 2025 model was put to the test to evaluate its performance, fuel consumption, and the details that establish it as one of the leading options in the street category of 300cc. The motorcycle continues to be a reference in agility and technology, but it also presents points that a potential buyer needs to know.

What’s New in the Twister 2025? The New Colors and the Legacy of a Family

The main novelty of the Honda CB 300 F Twister for the 2025 model is the new color options. The ABS version, for example, now features a darker metallic red and a new shade of metallic blue. The graphics on the side panels of the tank have also been updated.

This generation of the Twister was launched in Brazil in 2023, continuing a successful lineage that began with the CBX 250 Twister in 2001, followed by the CB 300R in 2009 and the CB 250F Twister in 2016.

The Flex Engine of 293cc and Nearly 25 hp

The Honda CB 300 F Twister achieves up to 30 km/l, with a 293cc engine and 24.7 horsepower, and reaches a top speed of 155 km/h

The Twister’s engine is a 4-valve SOHC single-cylinder, with 293.5 cc and air cooling with an oil radiator. One of its major differentiators is the FlexOne technology, which allows for fueling with gasoline or ethanol.

  • Power: 24.5 hp with gasoline and 24.7 hp with ethanol.
  • Torque: 2.61 kgf.m with gasoline and 2.67 kgf.m with ethanol.

The setup features a six-speed transmission and a slipper and assist clutch, which prevents the rear wheel from locking during abrupt downshifts and makes the lever operation lighter.

The Technology Package: What Does the Twister Offer from the Factory?

The Honda CB 300 F Twister comes well-equipped as standard. The lighting is full LED, including the headlight, tail light, and indicators. The dashboard is 100% digital, blackout type, with a gear indicator and onboard computer. The motorcycle also includes a handy USB-C socket for charging a cell phone.

It is offered in two versions, which differ by the braking system:

  • CBS Version: With combined brakes.
  • ABS Version: With ABS anti-lock system on both wheels, using calipers from the Nissin brand.

Performance in Practice: The Fuel Consumption and Speed Test

The Twister is known for its agility and good performance. In the test, the engine proved to be very strong at low and mid RPMs, with the revs rising quickly. The top speed is electronically limited to around 155 km/h.

Fuel consumption varies greatly with the riding style:

  • Aggressive Riding: Fuel consumption ranges from 18 to 22 km/l.
  • Normal Riding: By respecting the limits, the motorcycle can achieve between 25 to 30 km/l.

The Price in 2025: How Much Does the Honda CB 300 F Twister Cost?

YouTube Video

The price is one of the most debated points regarding the Twister. The suggested price by Honda is one thing, but the final price at the dealership, with freight and other costs, is another.

  • Suggested Price (ABS): R$ 25,070 (excluding freight).
  • Dealership Price (ABS): Around R$ 27,900.

Despite being a very complete motorcycle, the test pointed out some negative aspects, such as the lack of an emergency braking alert system (ESS) and a seat with somewhat hard foam, which may cause discomfort on longer trips.

“Bota” + 10 ou 12 contos e compra uma 500 CBX Honda com 20 mil quilômetros quase zero. Muito superior e viaja a 120 por hora cruzeiro, sem forçar a “bichinha” ….
E ganha “mina” de montão ….

Deram três batidas com algum objeto na chave , conseguiram destravar e ligar e me roubaram a moto zero.
Andei apenas 25 dias
