The Brazilian Air Force opens several vacancies for 2024 without the need for a competition, offering salaries above R$3 to those approved in the selection process.
O Brazilian Air Force Command is starting a special selection process to fill new vacancies without a competition in 2024, destined for Calling and Incorporating Fundamental Level Professionals. This recruitment, which is not a traditional competition, aims at Temporary Military Service on a voluntary basis. The focus of the selection process is on hiring for the SEREP-RJ (Rio de Janeiro Air Force Recruitment and Personnel Preparation Service) area of activity.

The summons is signed by the Air Brigadier Major, Luiz Guilherme da Silva Magarão Director of Personnel Administration for the Air Force and is intended to hire military volunteers as Rm2 in vacancies without a competition, with salaries within the range andlaw 13.954 of 2019 specifies. Filling out the registration form for vacancies in the Air Force will take place from 10am on the first day, January 10th of this year to 23:59pm on the last day, January 29th, 2024. It is worth remembering that the specific requirements and conditions for participating in the selection process are set out in the Notice of Convocation.
Volunteers must pay attention to the Documents necessary to prove the Specific Requirements and Qualification Parameters, with a focus on proving the requirements and scores to be confirmed in Document Validation and Curricular Assessment.
When they are incorporated, citizens called up in vacancies without a competition will, according to the Air Force, be declared military personnel in the rank of Corporals, included in the List of 2nd Class Reserve Corporals Called Up (QCBCon) and in the Corps of Graduates of the Air Force Reserve .
Volunteers interested in vacancies in the Air Force will undergo a physical capacity aptitude test (TACF). This stage aims to measure and evaluate individual standards of resistance and physical vigor, to be achieved and demonstrated by the volunteers participating in the present Admission process, which will serve as a parameter to assess whether the volunteer has the minimum conditions necessary to withstand the physical demands to which they will be subjected during the internship.
