Presenter Ana Maria Braga, now 76, has once again shared details about her properties while receiving a TV crew at Fazenda Primavera in Bofete, in the interior of São Paulo, and reminiscing about aspects of the mansion where she lives in the capital.

The visit, showcased in a report, reinforced information about the 376-hectare rural area, cattle ranching, and plans to expand the cultivation of organic coffee.

Located about 195 kilometers from the city of São Paulo, the farm has been used as a setting for Mais Você recordings on previous occasions and has garnered attention again after the airing of the news material.

During the report, Ana Maria received presenter Nelson Araújo and described how she organizes the routine and production in the fields.

Reflecting on her journey on the property, Ana Maria stated that she has invested in various activities at different stages, including ostrich farming and escargot production, in addition to plantings that varied according to choices made in each period.

She also mentioned areas dedicated to coffee and eucalyptus, in a work setup that blends production and residential use.

Currently, the farm maintains about 40 head of cattle, with animals intended for both meat and milk, according to the reported material.

In addition to cattle farming, there is fruit and vegetable cultivation and a support structure that sustains daily consumption and part of the dynamics of those who work on-site.

Among the agricultural fronts, species such as mango, guava, passion fruit, pitaya, and annatto appear, along with a garden described as a frequent source of leaves, herbs, and spices used in daily life.

The chicken coop, according to the TV material, supplies both employees and neighbors, in an arrangement that extends beyond the house’s limits.

While part of the system is already operational, one of the points that drew the most attention was the plan to expand the organic coffee area by 10 hectares, increasing the production described by the presenter.

The intention, as reported during the visit, is to enhance cultivation within a model that preserves the organic management approach mentioned in the reports.

Upon arriving at the headquarters, one finds a corridor of imperial palm trees planted over four decades ago, a detail that marks the access to the colonial-style mansion.

The main house, built in 1960, was presented in the report as the central part of life on the farm, both for daily use and for the familial symbolism of the space.

The property has five suites and spacious areas, highlighting two kitchens, one internal and another external, equipped with a wood-fired oven, according to the description displayed.

The leisure area includes a pool, and the kitchen structure was associated with Ana Maria’s professional experience, as she has been working in gastronomy in front of the cameras for many years.

In addition to the architectural aspect, the report showcased rooms decorated with paintings and objects connected to Ana Maria’s public journey, including gifts received from admirers.

The material also displayed organized spaces for storing memories, reinforcing that the house functions as a residence and, at times, as a setting for recordings and interviews.

Chapel on the Farm and Collection with Over 400 Religious Images

Another focus of the visit was the chapel maintained within the property, described in the reports as a space of faith and personal welcome.

The location houses more than 400 religious images and includes references to various devotions, along with a statue of Buddha presented in the images, forming a collection built over the years.

There are discrepancies between published accounts regarding which Marian devotion is highlighted, with mentions of Our Lady of Aparecida and also Our Lady of Fatima, depending on the report.

In one of the publications, Ana Maria was quoted explaining her relationship with the theme, saying: “I believe not in the image, but in what it represents,” in reference to the symbolic meaning of the pieces.

Mansion in São Paulo Valued at R$ 25 Million

Outside the countryside, the presenter is also associated with a mansion in an upscale area of São Paulo, frequently showcased in programs and reports, including during times when television became part of the domestic routine as a recording setting.

Reports refer to the property as valued at around R$ 25 million, a value treated as a reference linked to the high-end market and old records concerning the purchase.

Over time, the house gained visibility due to internal details, such as the black and white flooring, classic furniture, artworks, and chandeliers, as well as a library and TV room mentioned in recent reports.

It was also reported that Ana Maria has lived there for about 17 years and has made extensive renovations, with adaptations compatible with daily use and appearances on TV.

In the exterior, the descriptions highlight a wooded garden, pool, and a gourmet space connected to social gatherings, with privacy, according to what has been published.

At the same time, the house appears as a work environment on specific occasions when the presenter opens its doors for recordings, interviews, and captures that bridge behind-the-scenes and private life.

Between rural routines and urban dynamics, the visibility of the properties tends to grow whenever behind-the-scenes images return to programming, rekindling public curiosity about structure, production, and personal choices.

The recent exposure heightened interest in how Fazenda Primavera is managed and the direction plans for organic coffee are heading in the coming months as production advances.

If the farm already combines food production, livestock, and a space of faith, as well as a house designed for hosting and recording, what else might change on the property when the organic coffee expansion is realized?
