Itajaí Receives Investment of R$ 100 Million for the Construction of the Marina Shopping, Pioneering in Brazil.
The city of Itajaí, located on the coast of Santa Catarina, is preparing for a major advancement in the nautical and tourism sector with the launch of Boulevard Marina Itajaí, the first shopping mall dedicated to the nautical universe in Brazil. With an initial investment of R$ 100 million, the project, a partnership between Marina Itajaí and ABecker Loteamentos, promises to be a milestone in local development, integrating leisure, shopping, and services focused on the sector.
A New Shopping Concept in Itajaí
The project for Marina Shopping, which will cover a total area of 30,000 square meters in Afonso Wippel Bay, in downtown Itajaí, has been officially announced.
Construction is expected to begin in the second half of 2024, with completion anticipated for the summer of 2026/2027.
