- Carry out the recruitment and selection process onshore and offshore
- Execute the routines described in the Integrated Management System (SGI) in Occupational Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health such as monitoring routines on board, SMS inspections, and audits;
- Receive, control, check, and file SMS-related records and other documents;
- Conduct and participate in pre-embarkation meetings;
- Execute SMS Training;
- Execute PCP – Pollution Control Program and PEAT – Environmental Education Program for Workers
- 2 years of experience in the area

- Search and screen resumes;
- Assist in the integration of new employees;
- Evaluate candidates for each position according to the job descriptions and the company’s competency system;
