Non-Lethal High-Power Shock Is Triggered Whenever There Is Attempted Breach of the Vault
Between November 7 and 11, Fenatran 2022 takes place. The event will be held in São Paulo, at São Paulo Expo. Fenatran is the largest road freight transport and logistics fair in Latin America. Several companies from the sector are present at this edition, such as T4S Tecnologia, a leading company in innovations against cargo theft. T4S began its operations in 2017. The company emerged after entrepreneurs Enrico Rebuzzi and Luiz Henrique Nascimento suffered losses due to cargo theft.
In the mid-2003, Enrico Rebuzzi and Luiz Henrique Nascimento created a logistics company to meet the needs of the e-commerce, catalog, print media, and telemarketing markets, focusing on express cargo and shipments: Direct Expres/Directlog. In a short time, the company became a market leader; however, in 2013, they decided to sell Direct Express to invest in a new promising project, T4S Tecnologia, in Barueri (SP). “Working in this transport area, we realized how difficult it is to deal with the damages caused by cargo theft, so we decided that our next project would be something related to the transport security sector,” points out Rebuzzi.
Totally focused on solutions against cargo theft, T4S has a range of innovative services such as Electric Shielding, where attempts to steal cargo by breaking or piercing the vault trigger an electric arc with high-impact, non-lethal discharge, instantly repelling the criminals.

The T4S Immobilizer consists of small and well-camouflaged actuators that automatically immobilize the vehicle in case of Jammer detection, known popularly as “goat-sucker,” a device that neutralizes the GPS/GPRS signal of trackers. The vehicle is also immobilized in case of breach of the panel or tracker or route deviation.
“Our goal is to buy time, meaning with the blocker, the thief needs more time to deactivate the tool. It also has its own tracking module with all the functionalities of a secondary tracking or redundancy system,” explains Enrico Rebuzzi.
The T4S Immobilizer has a 95% effectiveness rate. The Angels of Cargo is a system with 360-degree cameras with online transmission of images from the vehicle integrated with the T4S immobilizer to trigger the truck’s lock and local siren in the event of a robbery attempt.
The Trailer Locator was created to prevent trailer disengagement in unauthorized locations, while the Safety Box is an electrified safe for trucks or to be fixed to the floor of logistics units or stores. In the case of Safelock, it has two reinforced locks integrated with the T4S Immobilizer, and the door opens only in previously authorized locations.
“Thanks to the efforts of the T4S team, we have developed innovative solutions to prevent million-dollar losses due to cargo theft, and because of our pioneering work, other countries have also shown interest in our services, to the point that we have obtained international patents over the past five years in countries like Mexico, the United States, and Israel,” claims Rebuzzi.
T4S has also garnered various awards both in Brazil and other countries, such as London Tech Week and Latam Edge Awards, in addition to being the winning project of the Acelera Startup contest, promoted by the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (Fiesp), known as the largest innovation award in Latin America. “So far, we have generated over 200 jobs, and today we have clients like FedEx, JSL, and P&G. We have several new projects for the coming years, including an internationalization project for T4S,” concludes Rebuzzi.
