The company is looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial and leadership spirit, who can accelerate their learning curve, with a view to training Bunge's future generation of leaders. The tools used in the program are focused on discovering the strengths of the selected talents and on skills considered essential, such as communication, negotiation and influence, growth mindset, conflict management, emotional intelligence and agile methodologies.

The candidate selection process involves 100% online steps, with skills assessment, group dynamics, panel with managers and final interview.

Requirements: The training areas and the desired level of English vary according to the specifics of each vacancy, which can be consulted on the registration website. To participate, candidates must have completed graduation between August 2018 and August 2021 and have good knowledge in Excel.

Some of the vacancies require availability to travel or are to reside in a different place to the origin. Others are open to all types of training.
