The Carrefour Brasil Group announced the opening of registrations for the Affirmative Trainee program, aimed at exclusively for black and brown people. The objective of the trainee program is create a diverse talent pool, with essential skills for the business, and accelerate your career of these professionals in strategic areas of the company, according to the Exame website.
Candidates selected in the trainee program will have the opportunity to work in areas such as Sales Strategy, Marketing and Pricing, Private Brand – Products, Finance – Management and Investor Relations, Digital – Marketplace and E-commerce, Property – Store Projects, Legal – Corporate Management and M&A, Supply Chain – Store Supply and Human Resources – Inclusion and Diversity.
Requirements to participate in the trainee program
To participate in the trainee program, candidates must have complete higher education (bachelor's degree, technologist or licentiate degree) by December 2023 in courses related to the areas of activity. Furthermore, it is necessary to be psounds black (Black or Brown), availability to start at Carrefour in May 2024, interest in working in the in-person or hybrid model in Barueri, SP, and previous experience in the chosen area is desirable.
