The Carrefour Group, one of the largest retail chains in the world, is opening job vacancies for its career acceleration program aimed at Black professionals, Talentos do Futuro 2021: Leadership for Black Talent. Unlike typical trainee programs, Talentos do Futuro is not focused on recent graduates. The objective is to accelerate the careers of talents who have already entered the job market but have not yet assumed leadership positions.

Requirements: The Acceleration Program Will Last For 18 Months. A Total Of 20 External Job Openings Will Be Offered In São Paulo, Aimed At Professionals With A Completed Higher Education, And Candidates From All Over Brazil Can Participate, There Is No Age Limit, Nor Specific Education Requirements. Fluency In Another Language Will Also Not Be A Prerequisite.
Throughout The Program, Selected Candidates Will Also Go Through Training In Agile Methodologies, Leadership Training, As Well As Immersion In Topics Related To Technology And Innovation. The Carrefour Group In Brazil Will Also Cover Language Training If Necessary. After 18 Months, The New Leaders Will Present A Project Focused On Social Responsibility And Inclusion That Will Complement Other Anti-Racism Programs Carried Out By The Carrefour Group In Brazil.
Benefits: With An Initial Salary Of R$7,500.00, Selected Candidates Who Reside In Other States Will Receive Relocation Assistance. In Addition, All Participants In The Acceleration Program Will Receive Benefits Such As Transportation And Meal Vouchers; Life Insurance; Medical And Dental Assistance; Discounts At Partner Companies; Meals On-Site; And Participation In The Company’s Profit-Sharing (PLR).
