The Eco Resort Colinas de Urubici Will Have 45 Housing Units and VGV of R$ 93 Million

CF Real Estate is launching today, 25, the Resort Colinas de Urubici. The project requires investments of R$ 31.8 million in the construction of 5.8 thousand square meters on a plot of 20 thousand m² located in Urubici, in the heart of the Serra Catarinense. The General Sales Value (VGV) is estimated at R$ 93 million and delivery is expected for 2026.

“There will be 17 studio apartments, 22 duplex apartments, and six cabins, with high construction standards and sophisticated, yet functional, designs,” assures the managing partner of CF, Joel Adami. All common areas and leisure spaces have been meticulously planned to ensure extreme comfort.

Another differentiating factor is that the Colinas de Urubici development will combine services with hotel standards with the quality of life that a winter condominium in the mountains provides and the infrastructure of a resort. “These aspects, in addition to comfort, add high potential for appreciation to the development,” notes Joel.
