How to Register
Those interested in participating in the City Hall competition of Japonvar can register online, on the official FADENOR website, between 8 a.m. on September 12 and 5 p.m. on October 10, 2024. Registration fees vary according to the required education level for each position:
- Elementary Level: R$ 70.00;
- Middle and Technical Level: R$ 80.00;
- Higher Level: R$ 100.00;

Selection Stages
The selection of candidates will be conducted through objective tests, which will take place on November 24, 2024. The objective tests will have eliminatory and classificatory character, covering content related to the chosen position, such as specific and general knowledge.
In addition to the objective tests, there will be a document analysis stage, aimed only at candidates of higher education, with an exclusively classificatory character. In this phase, documents that prove the academic background and professional experience of the candidates will be evaluated.
