A Arábia Saudita deveria mudar suas regras em relação as mulheres, e ao invés de ficar construindo edifícios gigantescos, aumentando o volume de concreto e asfalto, provocando mais ilhas de calor num local já tão quente, principalmente no verão do Hemisfério Norte, deveria investir pesadamente na economia verde e em biocombustíveis, realizando a sua transição energética, se tornando um exemplo para as demais nações que vivem do setor de petróleo e gás natural, e investindo maciçamente em projetos de recuperação de áreas degradadas, implantação de florestas urbanas e arborização urbana vigorosa, com o objetivo maior de contribuir para a solução da problemática da questão do aquecimento global e das mudanças climáticas na Terra.
