Increase In Infrastructure And Electric Mobility Projects Boosted Demand For New Positions
The increase in demand for infrastructure and electric mobility projects has boosted the search for new positions in the infrastructure and energy sector. This is indicated by a survey from Michael Page, one of the largest consulting firms specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior management, part of PageGroup. According to the consultancy, hiring professionals in the sector grew by 50% in the first quarter of this year compared to the same period last year.
Technical and management positions, such as application specialist, sales manager, sales director, and applications director were the most prominent roles that helped drive growth during the period.
“The ongoing expansion of the market combined with the increase in electric infrastructure projects, especially in data centers, has led organizations to seek more professionals at managerial or executive levels. The same applies to battery systems, notably focused on energy expansion and storage,” says Bruna Pescuma, manager at Michael Page.
