Billions Investment in Luxury Tourism Transforms Santa Catarina Coast with LED-Lit Golf Course, Innovative Technology in the Region and Structure Integrated with a Megacomplex Residential and Touristic that Promises to Redefine the High-End Real Estate and Sports Market in Brazil.
Porto Belo Golf, in Porto Belo, on the coast of Santa Catarina, was inaugurated by All Wert Empreendimentos as the first phase of All Resort Club Residence, a high-end real estate and tourist project estimated at over R$ 12 billion.
The course received an investment of R$ 400 million, began operating with nine holes and was presented by the company as the first illuminated golf course in Latin America, with night use supported by LED and smart automation.
The delivery of the sports facility marks the practical opening of a broader undertaking, whose implementation will occur in stages and is expected to be completed by 2040.

In addition to serving as a leisure and sports area, the course was designed to function as a showcase for the complex, which brings together proposals related to hospitality, housing, well-being, and entertainment in one of the regions that attract the most real estate investments in the state.
Illuminated Golf Course Bets on Technology for Night Use
In the initial configuration, Porto Belo Golf has nine holes, approximately 3,300 yards, and occupies an area of 35 hectares within a larger plot, according to information released after the inauguration.

The developer’s plan is to expand the structure to include 18 fully illuminated holes, which, according to institutional presentation and specialized coverage in the sector, would solidify the project as an unprecedented milestone in Latin American golf.
The most explored technical differentiator by the company is the lighting system designed for night use, with LED technology and automation that follows the players’ movement along the course.
In the venture’s narrative, this model aims to combine a more comfortable visual experience with reduced energy consumption, in line with the discourse of operational efficiency and integration between sports, design, and sustainability.
This positioning is reinforced by other solutions announced for the golf area, such as a closed water reuse system and a solar panel plant installed around the course.
Although the project is aimed at the high-end segment, the developer has also presented the facility as a central piece of a differentiation strategy in the market, associating technological innovation with a residential and touristic lifestyle.
Structure Includes Training Simulators and Specialized Gym
The sports area is not limited to the open course for play.
The course includes a gym operated in partnership with Golfzon Leadbetter Academy, an international training brand that, according to the institutional material from All Resort, is debuting its operations in Latin America within the Santa Catarina complex.
The company also informs that the space is run on a daily basis by Nico Barcellos, a professional with relevant technical experience in the sport in Brazil.
In addition, Porto Belo Golf is equipped with Trackman, a simulator used for individual training and for virtual recreation of more than 200 courses around the world.
The enterprise has also received Putt View, a training technology described by the company and specialized vehicles as unprecedented in South America, in a movement that seeks to bring the Brazilian project closer to the infrastructure standards offered by international golf destinations.
The proposal, therefore, goes beyond the creation of a conventional course.
By bringing together sports practice, technology-assisted training, social space, and integration with luxury housing, All Wert seeks to transform golf into a real estate appreciation asset and a permanent element of the resort experience.

Project Integrates Touristic and Real Estate Complex of R$ 12 Billion
In the group’s promotional material, All Resort Club Residence is divided into different experience territories, including golf, tennis, surfing, club center, and commercial areas.
Within this logic, Porto Belo Golf appears as the first launch of the set and as a symbol of the partners’ strategy to anchor the development in four recurring fronts in the company’s communication: design, nature, sports, and sustainability.
All Wert asserts that the lot condominium linked to the course will have 372 units and emphasizes certifications associated with environmental preservation and the project’s sustainable commitment.
In another front of real estate expansion within the same universe, the group also promotes Golf View, a residential project signed by Syshaus by Arthur Casas Design, with units facing the landscape of the illuminated course.
The company presents Richard Schwambach as one of the partners of All Wert and identifies him, in interviews and promotional materials, as the CEO of the developer.
“This project represents the greatness of All Resort Club Residence”, the executive claimed while arguing that the course inaugurates a new way of relationship between housing, leisure, and high-end sports in the country.
Golf as a Strategy for Real Estate Valuation in Brazil
Although golf still has a limited presence in the Brazilian sports market compared to more popular sports, the Santa Catarina enterprise seeks to occupy a specific niche: that of sports as a driver of territorial differentiation and real estate sophistication.
In this design, the bet does not rely solely on the sport itself, but on the course’s ability to function as a visibility anchor, visitor circulation, and property appreciation in a coastal region already pressured by new investments.
Nevertheless, the public narrative of the project requires an important precision adjustment.
Despite the title maintaining the original wording, the institutional materials of the company and part of the coverage published after the inauguration treat Porto Belo Golf as the first illuminated golf course in Latin America, a broader formulation different from South America.
The same information indicates that the course was already inaugurated in January 2026, and not just that it is emerging, as suggested by the title’s wording.
