Course Objective and Workload
The free technical qualification courses aim to provide professional training in various areas of the industrial sector, expanding the employment opportunities for participants. The training is offered in three modalities:

- In-Person: Classes held 100% at the units of the National Service for Industrial Training-RJ.
- Blended EAD: 80% of activities are done online, and 20% occur in person at the units.
- 100% Online EAD: Courses offered entirely remotely, with live classes and content available in the Virtual Learning Environment. The workload varies according to the selected course, ranging from 160h to 600h, encompassing theoretical and practical activities.

The 10,949 vacancies are distributed among various units of the National Service for Industrial Training-RJ throughout the state. The training will be conducted in municipalities such as Rio de Janeiro, Angra dos Reis, Macaé, Campos dos Goytacazes, among others. Selection Process
The filling of vacancies will be on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon meeting the required criteria. To apply, it is necessary to meet the specific criteria for each course, including minimum age, education, and availability to attend classes. People with disabilities can participate in the process and, if necessary, will be called for a diagnostic interview to ensure adequate accessibility to the course.
Requirements for Registration
To register, the candidate must prove a family per capita income of up to 1.5 minimum wages, present a photo ID, CPF, proof of education, and complete the self-declaration of low income. For EAD courses, it is essential to have access to the internet and a compatible computer to participate in the activities.
