Registration for the competition can be done online through the IDCAP website, the organizing body.

The application period runs from February 5 to March 17, 2025. During this period, candidates may also request an exemption from the application fee, which varies depending on the position chosen:
- Corporate Management Analyst: R $ 100;
- Information Technology Analyst: R $ 100;
- Attorney: R $ 150;
- Oil and Gas Specialist: £ 150.
Interested parties who are bone marrow donors or registered with CadÚnico can request exemption from the fee, in accordance with the rules established in the notice.
The competition will consist of two main stages: an objective test for all positions; and a discursive test, which will be applied exclusively to the positions of Lawyer and Oil and Gas Specialist.
The tests will take place on April 27, 2025 in the cities of Rio de Janeiro (RJ), São Paulo (SP) and Salvador (BA).
