According to Minister Alexandre de Moraes, the platform was supposed to delete accounts that threatened democracy, but Musk resisted, leading the STF to order the blocking of the service in the country and the freezing of assets from Starlink, his satellite internet company.

The direct message came after a retweet of a CNN report, in which the U.S. government seized an airplane from Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.
