This new project from Komatsu Mining will be in the city of Parauapebas, Pará. The company has not put geographic limitations on candidates from outside the state, so we believe that professionals from other regions will have real chances in the upcoming selection processes. Just Like Unax Offshore Did Last Week, Komatsu needs qualified people in the following areas:
Operation in Pará – Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- City: Parauapebas/PA
- Fabricate or repair scales, buckets, bucket covers, devices, equipment, reservoirs, and other containers made of steel sheets;
- Cut, shape, and work with profiled bars of ferrous and non-ferrous materials to manufacture parts.
- Join and cut metal alloy parts using welding and cutting processes such as coated electrode, TIG, MIG, MAG, oxy-fuel, submerged arc, brazing, plasma;
- Prepare equipment, accessories, welding consumables, and parts to be welded;
- Inspect subassemblies to prepare inspection reports;
- Keep updated records of activities in their area;
- Read and interpret drawings in order to execute specified boiler-making processes;
- Read, interpret, and execute welding according to procedural instructions.
Required Education – Complete High School and as a differential, Auto Card Course. Desirable 2 years of experience and advanced Office Package
