Supervisor – Industrial Production

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering and 7 years of experience in the sugar-energy sector

Knowledge: Operation, maintenance in the area of juice extraction with Bosch modular diffusers; maintenance, lubrication, and triangulation of milling; assembly and disassembly of cane table and knife rolls, blades, and hammers; adjustment of defibrillator plates; conveyor belts (belts, side pieces, etc.); knowledge of safety standards NR’s; basic SAP

Activities: Responsible for monitoring the execution of production and maintenance programs in the extraction sector, aiming to improve performance, quality, and costs; supervising team activities and sizing workforce in the operational shifts of reception and extraction; participating in the preparation and updating of documents related to the quality system in their area of expertise, among others.

Leader – Extraction

Requirements: Mechanical Technician; 8 years (sugar-energy sector); reside in Alto Taquari or Alto Araguaia – MT

Knowledge: Reception, preparation, and extraction process of juice, diffuser and mill adjustment

Activities: Management of SSMA, Team, and Processes, monitoring industrial indicators and maintenance planning
