Now that UTC is out of the picture, offshore opportunities in many roles are overwhelmingly appearing and will continue until the end of this month. Alphatec Engenharia has just come off a week that is practically a hiring marathon in the oil and gas sector. It has been massively promoting on social media that it is hiring professionals of various qualifications and diverse skills, see the photo below and click to enlarge:
But be careful: There are reports of scammers taking advantage of people’s needs to practically ‘Usurp – them’ by selling supposed passwords and charging to refer workers. Don’t fall for this, folks. The company only calls through conventional screening methods. First, jobs are announced on the official hiring channels on LinkedIn, the company’s own website, or on Click Oil and Gas. Soon after, the selection of resumes that “MATCH THE JOBS POSTED BY THE COMPANY” will be made, and consequently, if everything is okay, the company will contact you immediately by phone and email. Alphatec has already released an official statement that it will no longer be accepting resumes at the door, so there is no point in going there.

How To Apply
The offshore positions are for helpers, boilermakers, scaffolding installers, scaffolding supervisors, welding inspectors, refrigeration mechanics, industrial painters, welders, production supervisors, monitoring technicians, and administrative assistants. The CBSP/HEUT must be up to date, preference will be given to those who have the updated NR’s 10, 33, and 35 (but it is not a disqualifier) and experience in these roles.
