End of IPVA for old cars

In states such as Amazonas, Bahia, Piauí, Goiás, Maranhao, Pará, Paraíba, Rondônia, Espírito Santo, Ceará, Sergipe and Rio de Janeiro, vehicles with more than 15 years of manufacture are automatically exempt from paying IPVA.
