Energy Petroleum says that it is not asking for anything to carry out the hiring that training is a mandatory requirement to carry out operational activities in the companies, in case the candidates do not already have it. It's almost the same thing for anyone who wants to work on board nowadays, it's mandatory to take the CBSP and HEUT courses, but if you don't pay for them, you'll never go on an offshore unit.
