No Matter What Area of Engineering Professionals Are Trained In, SEA Towers Seeks Skilled and Specialized Individuals for Newly Celebrated Projects
A new large-scale project from SAE Towers is demanding many engineers for activities in transmission towers, an official statement from the company’s Human Resources this Wednesday (29). Interestingly, the area of engineering in which professionals must be trained is irrelevant in this case, as long as they have a specialization in metal structures to be eligible:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Desirable specialization in metal structures
- English will be a plus
- Experience duration not informed
Engineers must work at the factory, which has fourteen CNC machines for punching angles, six CNC machines for punching sheets, aluminum casting equipment, radial drill, mechanical presses, oxy-fuel cutting equipment, and a semi-automatic hot-dip galvanizing system.
Interested candidates who meet the requested requirements can send their resumes to recruitment@saetowers.com.br, stating in the subject ” Metal Structures Engineers“.

The Manufacturing Plant in Brazil is Located Near Belo Horizonte, in Betim, Minas Gerais.
These facilities occupy an area of 13.5 hectares, with 38,000 m² of built area, of which 22,000 m² are dedicated to the manufacturing of structures for transmission lines, substations, and hardware, 2,500 m² are dedicated to engineering and administration, and an area of 3,900 m² is allocated for the pre-assembly of prototypes to ensure quality, which guarantees the perfect assemblability of the series to be produced. The Belo Horizonte plant was specially designed for the production of lattice towers, employing a U-shaped layout to maximize efficiency and reduce the total production cycle.
This plant was a pioneer in the use of a unique galvanization process, utilizing a dredger that carries the pieces through the horizontal tank measuring 1.0m (width) x 2.0m (depth) x 13.0m (length), with equal support from pickling, flux, rinsing, and cooling tanks.
