Eu moro em S. Miguel do Araguaia há 60 anos sr Jota Santos. O quê vc entende d propriedade ser maior ou menor? A NP na vdd são 203.000 ha. 135.000 em Go e 68.000 no TO. Mas o Sr Marcelo comprou 135.000 uma matrícula. A roncador são dezenas de propriedades o q a faz ser menor que a NP. A Agro Santa Barbara no Pará, são quase 300.000 ha. Mas são várias fazendas no mesmo CNPJ. A NP realmente não chega a esse valor. O valor estipulado seria pq o Sr Marcelo não a venderia nem por esse preço nem por preço algum por mais que seja tentador. Conheço a fazenda desde dr Wagner Canedo dono da Vasp. Acredita-se que esses 68.000 ha seja dele em sigilo da Receita Federal e etc. Então sr Jota Santos, a maior fazenda do Brasil realmente é a NP. Pois a Roncador da família Penido De La Vecchia está cheia de matrículas de Preservação Ambiental. Onde se aproveita 50% do montante que a empresa SLC maior plantadora de soja do país arrenda toda área fértil da Roncador. Enqto a fzd NP aproveita 80% em tripla aptidão. ****, soja, peixe pirarucu, onde estão instalando um frigorífico para fabricação de bacalhau.
